Warhammer Fantasy Dogs of War - Voland's Venators

The Dogs of War for Warhammer Fantasy were my army of choice when you could field the entire lot and not just a regiment. We showed you one of the Regiments of Renown, Beorg Bearstruck and the Bearmen of Urslo early this year. Now we share Voland and his Venators!

I remember when I first saw the sculpts for Voland. I loved the handle-bar mustache! He came along with a musician, standard bearer and two additional Venators. Quite a colorful history goes along with these guys too.

The Musician bears some great facial hair too.

Has a great bedroll and pouch of what I always imagined was filled with gold they were payed for their recent task.

Standard bearer has excellent plumage!

The rest of the Venators always seemed ready for action!
